1. If a vendor cancels a title, add [PUBLICATION CANCELLED] after the title in the 245 field of the bibliographic record.
2. If there are holds for the title, email the Acquisitions Group (firstname.lastname@example.org) to announce that the publication has been cancelled.
3. Each library will contact the circulation department to request that the holds are cancelled. Each library is responsible for deleting their own holds.
4. Each library is responsible for deleting their own item records.
