Simply Reports Naming Convention
When saving and naming reports in Simply Reports, please use your library's three letter code in the report title (ex/ "WLK 500-599 Shelf List"). This naming convention should be used going forward; you do not need to change existing reports.
Report names need to be unique throughout the system in order to be saved. When saving a new report, the Report client will notify you if the report name is not unique.
However, there is a bug in Simply Reports that causes the message to not display if editing and saving from an existing report.
Adding the three letter code will help to add a level of uniqueness to the report names and avoid overlap. If you have questions, please email email@example.com.
