Summary: Items belonging to your branch that are overdue by [x] days
In Polaris, notices are issued to the patron via their delivery preference. Libraries may wish to check their shelves for the items before overdue or bill notices are issued to the patron. The Daily Search Shelves Report lists items assigned to your branch that are overdue and will soon be included in an overdue/bill notice.
The report is located in Web Reports, under the sub-category Patron Management. The report runs daily. To view the current day's report, click on the report title. To view previous reports, select "Display Archive."

The report will open in PDF format. It is broken down into multiple tabs, with each tab representing items eligible for a different type of notice. The first tab are items that will be included in 2nd Overdue Notices in two days.

The second tab are items that will be included in 3rd Overdue Notices in two days.

The third tab are items that will be billed to patrons in two days.

If your library has a branch (or branches), drive-through window, or vending machine, your report will feature extra tabs! One tab (the tab with the library's name fully spelled out) lists all items due on that particular date. The following tabs will break down the items by checkout location. For example:
Glenview_Due_2018-08-0: all items due on the listed date
GVK_Due_2018-08-07: items checked out inside the branch
GVKDR_Due_2018-08-07: items checked out at the drive-through window
