Summary: ILL circulation information needed for the ILLINET report.
The ILLINET Report gathers data libraries can use in their ILLINET Interlibrary Loan Traffic Survey. The report looks at data from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. Because of the ILS migration in April 2018, the report contains both Sirsi and Polaris data.
The report is located in Web Reports, under the Statistics section.
There is a single report for each library. For example, instead of a separate report for Algonquin Main and Algonquin Branch, data for both branches are compiled in the Algonquin report.
The data included in the report reflects what is data available through the ILS. Libraries will need to consult their OCLC statistics to fully complete the survey.
CCS broke numbers down where possible to aid in the survey. For example, in the sample survey, spreadsheet lines 10 (Sirsi data) and 17 (Polaris data) reflect the count of checkouts at your library of items not owned by your library. These are the numbers of intra-CCS ILL checked out at your library. Lines 11 (Sirsi data) and 18 (Polaris data) reflect the out-of-system ILL checked out at your library. However, the ILS cannot distinguish between in-state and out-of-state ILL, so libraries will need to consult their OCLC statistics for the breakdown. The database is also unable to provide statistics about how many requests your library recieved.
