Legacy ILL records are records for out-of-system interlibrary loans that were created in Symphony. CCS generated a report of remaining legacy ILL records for potential cleanup. Please review the report and determine if your library's legacy ILL records can be withdrawn and deleted or if they should be retained.

The records are separated by library. Locate your library using the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet. If you do not see a tab for your library, you do not have any legacy ILL records to clean up.

Withdrawing and Deleting Legacy ILL Records
Legacy ILL records are different than Polaris ILL records: the Polaris ILL records were created using the ILL module in Leap/staff client. This also means the Polaris ILL records can be deleted using the ILL module.
Legacy ILL records must be deleted like "regular" items. Staff need to be part of the Cataloging 1 permission group in order to delete item records. ILL staff may need to coordinate with their Technical Services departments to delete the legacy ILL records.
